Bridgeway Recovery Services is currently seeking a qualified 
On-Call Addictions Treatment Specialist 
to join our growing residential treatment team! 

 


Position Purpose:

Addictions Treatment Specialists provide support and supervision of clients residing in and receiving treatment at Bridgeway's residential treatment program sites. They engage in positive and appropriate relationship building with clients, their resources, and coworkers. They also assist in implementing treatment programming in a therapeutic home environment as a member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals.

 
Qualifications: 

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Certificate (GED). 
Preference will be given to candidates who are enrolled in a college-level degree program in a Human Services or related field; and/or who are currently working towards gaining certification 
Must possess current Oregon Food Handler card or become certified within two weeks of hire 
Must possess current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to be CPR/First Aid certified within 90 days. 
Must possess current and unrestricted Oregon Driver's License 

 
On-Call Benefits:

Sick pay, accrued based on hours worked

Compensation:

Will vary, depending on experience and credentials. 
An additional stipend is available for employees who are Spanish/English bi-lingual fluent. 
Differential pay is also available for night shift workers
